COMPANY DIVISIONS
Kelkon’s
Group of Companies is lead by Hj. Jawahir Dollah as a General Manager
and qualified Quantity Surveyor with more than 15 years experience in
Construction and Property Development. Since 15th March
2007 Kelkon has been running with new and re-engineered organizational
structure to enhance its efficiency and strength.
a) Construction
Division (Kelkon Sdn Bhd)
General Manager
himself directly heads this division. Operationally, he is being
assisted by the managers of two sub-units who are En. Mohd Azman Yusof
as Commercial Operation Manager and Ir. Abrizan Abd. Kadir as
Construction Operation Manager. Commercial Operation unit plays the
function as the supplementing unit to all activities of construction and
even property development. Both managers have vital certified
qualification and vast experience to lead their units respectively.
b) Property
Development (SPP Development Sdn Bhd)
Lead by
experienced administrative and financial personnel, Pn. Hajjah Wan
Salmiah Jaafar, this division is gifted with a new complete set of own
management team. It has the major task to develop the properties with
unique approach to touch interest and buying-power of peoples and,
cultural and trendy aspirations.
c) Quarrying
& Production (Kijang Kuari Sdn Bhd/Kelmix)
ISO-certified
Kijang Kuari has been contributing the major resources to construction
in the state for decades. Its has expertise in road construction and
maintenance by possessing own batch-mix premix plant and road gangs.
Meanwhile, Kelmix is 20-years old sub-unit for concrete ready-mix
batching plant completed with ample fleet capacity. This division is
lead by Tn. Hj Abd. Aziz Abd. Rahman, a mechanical personnel with more
than 20 years experience and is supported by two operation managers who
are En. Zawawi Ibrahim and En. Izani Abd. Kadir. Both them have
technical qualification with strong hand-on experience in sale and
marketing.
d)
Corporate Service
This newly
created division plays an important function and role as a backbone to
guide and govern the whole group. It is closely and directly managed by
General Manager himself. This division is divided to five sub-units
which are Research & Development, Documentation & SOP, Public Relation &
Quality Control, Human Resources, and Information Technologies. The
units themselves explain the specific and important functions of
