PKINK was incorporated on 11th October 1980 as a private limited company in accordance with
the Companies Act, 1965. In 1983, Majubangun PKINK reorganised itself and acquired shares in
Syarikat Pemborong Sdn Bhd (a subsidiary of Kelantan SEDC). With this acquisition, the
company's name was changed to Kelkon Sdn Bhd.The objective of establishment Kelkon Sdn Bhd
is to be a good patron towards all Bumiputra subcontractors in Kelantan.

Kelkon Sdn Bhd is a Subsidiary of Kelantan SEDC and key personnel comprised of
qualified Bumiputra professionals supported by dedicated, skilled and experienced workforce.
Kelkon Sdn Bhd is registered with Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK) under class A with
Bumiputra Status and with Lembaga Pembangunan Industri Pembinaan Malaysia (CIDB) as a contractor in Grade G7.
The main activities of Kelkon Group Of Companies are General Construction specializing in the following areas :
- Building Construction.
- Civil Engineering such as Roadwork, Drainage and other Infra structure works.
- State Road Maintenance.
- Production of Quarry Products, Premix and Ready Mix Concrete.
- Rental of Construction Plant.
Financially the company is well supported by banking facilities from banks and other financial institutions plus credit facilities from materials suppliers to ensure successful and smooth execution of its projects.
