Situated along Jln. Pantai Cinta Berahi, the project comprise of 7 unit simple storey shoplot & 6 units simple storey terrace house. Within vicinity, a batik village & chalets are the main attraction for tourists.

This project was launched in 2005 and recieved good response for both terrace & shoplots. Currently we still have limited  units where shoplot priced at RM 150,000 & tarrace house priced at RM 120,000 are still available for booking. The prices quoted for Bumiputra only.
